Director of Facility Clearances

Allison Haley is the Director of Facility Clearance at ISI, where she leads a team of specialists guiding companies through the Facility Clearance (FCL) Sponsorship Process. With nearly a decade of industrial security experience, she combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise in navigating complex clearance requirements.

Allison began her career at ISI in 2016 and later supported the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) Facility Clearance Branch—now the Verification and Triage Unit—gaining valuable government-side experience. Today, she leverages that perspective to deliver trusted, efficient support to ISI clients pursuing and maintaining clearances.
